I got a 36x32 size because I like my clothes a little loose. I'm actually a 35x31 (yeah, good luck finding THAT size). But I bet I could fit into a 34x30 with this brand. And they are a much sturdier fabric than other brand names I've purchased at the local "W"(chain I can't name). The double loop belt is pointless because it inevitably needs retightened. But the quality of the pants themselves is quite good. I wish one leg had different shaped/sized pockets than the other. Otherwise, a good deal if you need extra pockets in your work pants (yes, I use these for work, not style. And also excellent for motorcycling)
