Terrible taste! suitable for dogs

I bought this for a struggling puppy. I gave him just one drop to try and boost his energy. He hated the taste. He shook his head and pretended the taste was disgusting. The first time I gave it to him after I bottle fed him but the second time I gave it to him I gave it to him before I bottle fed him then he didn't eat . I stopped using it.
