I bought two of these to cover my dell 24” monitors because I work at home and I stare at those screens for hours at a time and my eyes are very strained. I’m hoping they will help with that. But I can tell that they are blocking the blue light so that’s good. They come with a film on either side that needs to be peeled off which is great because it makes it’s so you have a crystal clear shield to look through. I’m very happy with this purchase so far. I will try to add more in a month or so when I will know more about how they are helping with the eye strain.
