Can't even cut
Beautiful colours. The edges of the cut are sharp and the same color throughout, the white doesn't show where the cuts are, but the cut wasn't consistent from end to end. Paper strips are uneven. One of the five colored paper packets was about 2mm at one end and 3mm at the other end. I ordered 3mm. That won't make nice feathers.
