Double 4K ready to use!

There was a company laptop with a Thunderbolt 3 port, plugged it in and bam. I now have 3 x 4K monitors connected. One laptop screen and the other two come from this docking station! The only oddity is the need to go into Windows Updates to get the latest updates and drivers. Then when the Thunderbolt software showed up, I had to run it as an administrator and tell it to accept whatever I plugged into the dock, otherwise not all things plugged in would work. But I'm not sure if it's her fault, I think it's a lightning thing. So far I like this dock! TO UPDATE:. The audio jack doesn't seem to be working. Others have the same problem how to remove a star. I don't NEED it so I still love this dock but the audio jack should work which isn't UPDATE2: I was right it's not their fault but it was tricky. My laptop (Dell 5510) should have received the latest Thunderbolt drivers from Dell AND a Thunderbolt firmware update from Dell. Also, I had to run the Thunderbolt software as an administrator and tell it to always approve connected devices. BINGO! Now when I plug a headset into the jack, Windows immediately recognizes it and starts using it. EXTRA BONUS: Unlike the laptop's built-in jack, this jack sounds much better, deeper, and detects when I use the volume or pause buttons on the cable. The laptop doesn't, but that built-in headset jack definitely does! I put it back to 5!
