I like that it's built in to Netbeans, so you don't have any setup needed at all! It also comes with its own test suite which is nice because most CI tools these days require something more than just your standard build script when getting started - they want some kind of database or other configuration set up as well (which can be done but not always very easily).

This has been incredibly helpful given our development environment here changes frequently; we need an easy way keep track if things are broken without having developers run into problems while trying out new code/changes before pushing them live again after doing extensive testing using their automated tests suites etc..
