I bought this product and the packaging arrived dirty and with the seal intact. I suspect this is a returned product but I don't have time to buy a new one so I'm starting with a replacement. After replacement, the touch screen does not work, the home button does not work. Then I went back to the old broken screen. Everything is back to normal, the touchscreen and home button are working. Then I tried to install this product again. The problem occurs again. I knew then that it was damaged. Back then it was just one day before Labor Day and I had a travel plan. I didn't have time to buy a new one so I took the phone to a local repair shop. After I described the situation to the repair staff, they also mentioned that the product was defective. So he changed one and everything was back to normal. In summary, I worked on it for several days and only got myself into trouble. I didn't save any money (I paid for the repair in full at a local shop). Please don't be fooled by the OEM description. You should find a product with lots of reviewer comments.
