Read the reviews about cheap and bent but ordered anyway because there really isn't an alternative. I was pleasantly surprised. It came double boxed, the product box put inside an revain box. Showed up in perfect condition. The shelves ar a bit concave from the top side I suppose that would help if you have items that may roll. It is sturdy enough for what it is made for. I like that you can leave out a rack for thicker items or all in for quantity. Over what I expected. Obviously this is for the foodi and not a commercial dehydrator so limit your expectations to that and you won't be disappointed.
