Very comfortable compared to the odd headband that came with my Black Series Stormtrooper helmet. There are pads in the video that are not included, these are from a bicycle helmet. These are the ones that rest left and right. I used these because the other pods were too tight on my watermelon head. But overall I would buy a few more if I ever buy another Star Wars helmet or just go for a bike ride. Now I can wear my helmet comfortably and move my head a lot more in my shell helmet.
