These headphones work great on the Xbox Series X. I was concerned about the recent issue with the X-Series wireless headsets causing crackling and distortion, but I turned on the Kaira Pros and synced you. it is without these problems. I downloaded the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app on the Series X to set up the chroma lighting and EQ sound settings. For all the best, DOWNLOAD THE APP AND SET YOUR AUDIO EQ! You will hear a difference in sound quality and clarity compared to the base units. I changed my custom EQ settings to: LOW +9, LOW-MID +3, MID 0, MID-HIGH +3, HIGH +9 (you can thank me later). Once I did that, I turned on random music on Spotify. App by A$AP Rocky, Metallica, BlackPink and even Michael Jackson and let me just say I was blown away by the sound quality. Everything sounded much clearer, louder, clearer and more alive. Then I played games like GEARS 5, AC Valhalla and everything was great too. There is absolutely no lag or issues with the audio. The microphone quality is excellent and my friends can hear me loud and clear. You can update the headphones firmware via Windows 10 PC/Laptop, and charging is done via USB-C, which is great (no need for micro-USB cables in my house anymore, that's all USB-C is currently ). The only negative I can think of is that it would be nice but is not available. There's the ability to update the firmware through the Xbox app, but it's not. I've waited over a year for the Steelseries 9x to go on sale but it never happened so I'm glad they came out just in time for the holiday season and $50 less than the 9x. I wholeheartedly recommend them for those who belong to the Xbox family (Windows PC via WiFi adapter, Xbox One and Series X/S).
