Music quality: As others have written, the sound out of the box is terrible. If you play around with the equalizer, it gets better. If you've always heard of AirPods, they will sound great. This review is of the Razer Kaira Pro. (The Pro version has Bluetooth, but the regular version doesn't.) I'm not a music lover and don't make Bluetooth calls, so I can't comment on those aspects. Having said that, I think these headphones are pretty good no matter what. I made sure to update the firmware before using it. Going wireless is a game changer. Don't worry about the headphone cable sticking out of the controller anymore. I play about 1-2 hours every day and only charge it once a week.
