THE RAZER KAIRA PRO! All I can say is WOW and Wooowwww. I haven't had the headset in over 2 weeks and there are a few things you MUST know before you buy this headset! Likes: The headset is very comfortable. It has a nice (in my opinion) stylish design. It doesn't look cheap and doesn't feel like it's going to be easily broken. It features adjustable EQ settings so you can mix and match the sound the way you want it! Dislikes: Oh my god. I wish it was something I saw in other reviews before making this purchase. For starters, you get a headset and join a party with friends only to hear from them that your mic quality sounds "aha" compared to the Astros or Arctis 9x Steel series (real friends are honest lol ). You'll also find that there's a lot of static and buzzing noise coming out of your microphone even when you're not speaking! However, this can be fixed in the equalizer settings by simply running a NEW PROFILE. This is a real bug though, because to stop the hum you have to agree to use the broadcast mic setting and you CANNOT turn the sound settings to high or they will be picked up by the mic. And finally the microphone! Considering it doesn't sound as crisp or clear as my friends describe it, it really is a great sound that captures your every move, be it scratching your head, licking your lips or even breathing ! I don't understand why a mic that picks up all of this with ease doesn't sound good when it comes to the voice. All in all, if you're a headset collector and don't really use group chat, this headset is perfect for you. . It offers hours of great sound and comfort with beautiful RGB lighting. If you really play in a team and like communication best, I'll probably look into a headset with better mic sound like the Steel Series Arctis 9x! I have and highly recommend it
