Best recommended in bath and body brushes
I really like this body brush. Qualitative and effective. I use the bristles to exfoliate specific areas like the back and arms and use the other side to smooth cellulite on the thighs, buttocks and sides of the torso. It takes about a week of daily use to notice a difference in terms of cellulite (at least for me). One tip I've learned is to wet the bristles right after showering and brush at the end of the shower to give them time to absorb the moisture and not be as hard and scratchy. I shake off excess water after each use and blow dry a little to keep it fresh.
