Installation was easy (there are a few videos on youtube about installing a 1999 Corolla that gave me confidence that I could do the job myself). I've been using the new fan for about 1 month. Calm. No intermittent beep. Let's hope that the engine will continue to function perfectly for the next few years! I paid 80 Canadian dollars including shipping. Unfortunately, shipping from the US to Canada was not free. Interestingly, if I wanted to wait about 6 weeks I could ship the unit directly from China at no additional cost (which would be about 50 Canadian dollars total). Either way, $80 was well spent for me. My local dealer wanted to set 350.00 but couldn't.
