At first the device worked fine but after a few weeks I noticed that the nebulizers were not working properly. I contacted the company about this and they only offered a percentage refund. After a few days it seemed to work again so I left it. At the moment, a white cloudy coating has formed on the directional wings, and the lid and transparent plastic container for water have become cloudy white. Not only that, I started noticing that my mirrors, windows, and TV were all covered in a white film when I wiped them off. Now my return date has passed. I only used water recommended by the manufacturer.
