The best part about VELPIC for me personally was how simple they made creating courses very user friendly! I had no trouble figuring out what features were available or using them once i got started making my first course (a basic introduction). It also helped having some previous experience in online learning management systems so there wasn't much of an adjustment period when switching over because we've been able use those tools before hand which really sped up our transition process. My only real dislike would be their lack of support after you have purchased through one time purchase options - this isn't something unique just other programs but if possible try reaching someone at least during peak hours via phone since email sometimes can take days/weeks depending upon where people are located geographically around here.
