It's definitely not as bright as the picture but it's still pretty. My main problem with this is that it doesn't always register when the button is clicked. It's not always, but it happens. If you're trying to type something important, you need to pay close attention to what it's typing. I would say its best to use it at home and not at work. But the mouse works great. In the hand is very comfortable. It goes to sleep after about 10 minutes of non-use, but you just click the mouse button and it turns back on. So yeah, it's not scary, but I probably won't buy it again.
