This is a durable vest made of high quality materials and fine workmanship. Premium leather, smooth polyester lining. There are two deep pockets on the inside and two smaller ones on the outside. I read in the reviews that the size is small so I ordered 3XL as I usually wear XL. It was too big even after tightening the laces on the sides. So I switched it to XL. When I first wore size XL, it seemed too small to me. But the leather laces were long enough to undo the sides and it worked great. In my opinion, and apparently at Hot Leathers, the vest should fit snugly. It seems that the vest should have about an inch of ventilation on each side as that gives the perfect size. You can always open it wider if you want a looser fit, but you can only pull it up if it's too big. Order your normal size or one size up for a looser fit. When you ride a motorcycle, you cannot raise or lower the windows or adjust the heating or air conditioning. So you need several different outerwear options to feel comfortable. A vest is the perfect middle ground between a leather jacket and a shirt, and this option is perfect for that purpose.
