Cannot be made smaller

I thought it would be adjustable as it makes any size (I wanted 6ft by 6ft) but it can only be adjusted by making it wider to accommodate the height decrease it, or make it narrower, which then makes it taller. It was great for what I needed it for. It was pretty easy to put together and would have been strong if it wasn't for the wind, we just tied one end to a tree and it worked. We used 4 balloons each, so about 132 balloons in total.
