I really liked the look of this strap and considering the good price I was initially satisfied with it. The color was true to the picture, the ribbon was just the right thickness and had a nice thin taper. I used it as an almost daily strap for my Citizen Eco-Drive watch and it looked very fresh. I used the past tense because unfortunately this thing stinks. Literally. I don't mean to be rude, but the "waterproof lining" did nothing but absorb sweat. If I put this strap on and sweated, I would have to air it out immediately or it would start to smell bad. I've had many watch bands that I've worn in a similar way and this is the first band that started smelling like this. I tried cleaning it but the smell came back after only a few hours of wearing. Really weird. In the end I just threw it away and bought a new bracelet which I now wear every day in the summer and have had no odor issues. EDIT: Against my better knowledge, I tried this strap again. I thought maybe I just got a weird version, or I did something to make it smell so quick. Nothing has changed after the second exit, this thing started to smell really bad after only a few months of wearing. I have used leather watch straps for years and have never had the same problems as with these straps. I have downgraded my rating accordingly as based on my experience I cannot recommend it at all.
