Smooth running very heavy band wheel. Perhaps the recast is down to some small non-functional cavities at the bottom of the rim, but the imperfections are very minor and, given the price, easy to miss. I'm taking off a star because the bearings aren't protected from falls or splashes. I just added a PVC pipe sleeve to get the job done. Cardboard is ok too. I've had three cans over 25lbs and with the added momentum it spins even better. I would buy it again.
