I have very problematic, sensitive skin that gets irritated and irritated easily. Most products I try make something worse (redness, dryness, pimples, hives, whatever). Why this works is still a mystery to me. I only tried it because I met a former colleague who is now at Sephora and she gave me a great free sample of it. Neither she nor her colleague at Sephora could really explain to me what it was or why it worked, they just said it seemed to solve many different skin problems they had (from acne to irritated eyelids). Well they were right. I got a free sample right after I started washing my face with the sulfur soap, so I couldn't tell what was affecting my acne, but I ordered this because I could say it was seriously helping my dry-prone skin . hydrated without disturbing me. I assumed that sulfur soap would help with acne. I ran out of serum after it warmed up a bit and figured I wouldn't need it in spring/summer. Within 4 days of not using it I had the worst cystic acne on my cheek I've had in months. And suddenly I realized that the last time I had such severe acne was just before using the serum (in fact, that day I went to Sephora to buy a foundation with a heavier coverage because my acne was getting so severe). So I bought it back a few months ago and have had no cystic acne in that time. I think it really helped with my fine lines/early wrinkles. I'm only 27 so none of them are that bad but you can see the start of the laugh lines and an annoying horizontal line across the bridge of the nose. The early laugh lines are still visible, but I swear the lines on top of the nose/lower brow are completely gone. Who knows. Anyway, I highly recommend this product to everyone as it seems to be very versatile. I've never bought a full-size product because it's very expensive, but I started using these "sample" sizes right after I got the job done with a sample of Sephora (from a full-size bottle of the product ) had finished and I can reasonably say certainty that these size samples are legal on Amazon. And if they don't, I don't care because whatever they are, they work! I'm so glad I finally found something that prevents acne scars. I'm not a rich woman, but I would pay full price for these things if there were no other choice. I'm so glad I can get here for a reasonable price. For the record, I use it twice a day most days and .96 oz lasts about 2 months I think. It lasts longer when I put it in a dropper bottle, which I'll do next time (I accidentally pour too much every now and then).
