Review on 🔥 Breville PolyScience Control Freak Induction Cooking System with Temperature Control by Brandon Hunter

There is a big difference between a cheaper product like an induction cooker and this one. Although cheaper induction cookers have good and bad sides. This will be my first. I did extensive research because so many of the induction cookers I researched had so many problems. One is that the induction cooker gets too hot and the portable cooker doesn't last too long. So I went with it because I love Breville as a brand. Since I have several of their products. This is the last and last. The only downside I could see is that the pot or pan you use has to be induction compatible. Also, from what I've read from other reviewers, it needs a heavy pan. I have a 12" All Clad pan and it works great. I buy a variety of sizes of pots and pans from All-Clad so I can't wait to try them out. Hissing or any high-pitched sound when you set it to any setting, low, medium, medium-high, etc. I haven't heard any such noise when the pan heats up. This is related to All-Clad D3. So maybe I'm lucky, but I'll try this once I get my new pots and pans and see what happens. It heats up much faster than a regular stove. Also, I see that an induction cooker (a full sized stove) works just as fast. What's so cool is how it only heats the pan and keeps the surface on the outside of the pan cool. Also, I like that it fits the setting I choose and I don't have to worry about raising or lowering the temperature on me. One more thing i.e. it comes with a sensor to get an accurate temperature and that's cool too. I see many different uses for it. I'll update if I find out other things I like about it. However, one thing is certain. I expect this product to last for many years. The bonus is that it comes in its own pouch and is molded specifically for this product so you can conveniently hide it away and not worry about damaging it by leaving it outside.
