Bought this for an elderly man who had some gross motor problems after suffering a stroke. The photos are a bit hard to see but the part that attaches the cord to the goggles is a neoprene grip. It is elastic and can be placed on a slightly larger plastic frame or on a smaller one. If you've ever seen goggle holders sold for specific sports like kayaking, it's the same. It was really excellent for the person I gave it to. I had a little trouble figuring out how to set it up at first (the cord seemed too small) but it was a matter of setting it up and the person I gave it to who knows these things has it in figured out in no time (although I did the part where I attached the glasses to the cord). If you also care about someone who has glasses with laces that have a habit of falling off, this is definitely the cord you need. My patient has been wearing them for about a week and they have not moved or fallen off! I'll be buying a few more of these for parts. Thank you Chams for a great product!
