Was easy to install on my 2010 Honda Insight. Simply remove the bottom clips holding the bumper in place and you have enough room to pry out the OEM reflectors with a flat head screwdriver. Drill a hole in the bumper for the wires and just plug in the new LED. Rear light removed. Then he used a rope with a load to sink to the bottom. Then he tied the wires to the rope and stretched the wires up. I put a cable guard in case it rubs anywhere on the frame. Then I plugged in the clamp for the LED tail/brake light harness. Cover it with tape and put the taillight back in place. Works perfectly. It would be nice to have break wire connectors or a connector that "goes through" between connectors for easy connection. Then the installation instructions would also help. Update December 2019 The LED backlight still works great. My cable broke last year. I reattached it and poured hot glue over the connector to protect it from outside contamination. I like that the people behind me know when I hit the brakes with 5 taps. Has never been hit from behind. Hurry up.
