This is a basic bulb as stated on the box but perfect for my needs. It's well built, shines just as bright as the old bulb it replaced, and is reasonably priced. Sure, it's not a fancy LED or HID kit, but as a result, there's no need to rewire or worry about reflector patterns and beam shapes. It's not an interesting purple or blue, but I don't have to worry about its legality and it helps me see better in fog. It's no brighter than the bulb it replaced, but it lasts a long time and I don't have to worry about my reflector or lenses melting. Installing this bulb on my 2005 Chrysler Sebring was very easy. I loosened a screw from the front of the bumper that was attached to the fog light assembly, disconnected the wire from the old bulb, unscrewed the old bulb, screwed in the new bulb, connected the wire and tightened the screw. to attach the fog lamp assembly to the bumper. It was quicker than filling up my gas tank, so I'm glad I didn't pay the $25 my mechanic wanted to replace the lightbulb for me. This bulb works just as well as a factory bulb and was very cheap.
