I bought my first power strip in April 2021 and after a few months small power outages that happened to last a second or less started to occur. I called customer service, they answered, they offered to exchange my purchase for another one, but then I refused. I bought another brand and it was awful, barely worked. I bought a second J-Tech expansion in May before I knew the first was gone. This one just crashed here in September and broke. I use these devices at the church which is over 100 feet away. I have now upgraded to a 50m HDMI LinkinPerk fiber optic cable and it works great. I will use the already installed Cat 5 cable as a backup for the LAN based NDI encoder for network usage. Pros – They work out of the box with good customer support. CONS - 2 separate units (100% of my purchases) failed in less than 6 months
