These glasses are crystal clear and the lens is surprisingly about 30% larger than a typical reader and is round so you don't have to shake your head to read. I gave it a 4 for durability because it's not a pair of fake Ray Ban Wayfarers with a reading lens you can throw across the room. They are well made but fragile. You don't want to sit on them. Luckily, they come with a pretty sturdy zipped case. Not bulletproof, but much more protective than the black nylon pouches readers typically carry with them. After all, as you can see, they come in different strengths. I have 150s. The universe is flooded with 125s and 250s. I've been using readers for about 13 years and got to a point where 125s just can't handle it anymore and 250s are too restrictive to read fine print. These readers are amazing! buy you!
