I can't grab the short handle to remove the lid. Bad design.
I am amazed at the poorly constructed handle, too short to grasp to remove the lid! You must use both hands and lift the sides of the lid to remove it from the heating pad. You'll return it, and I'll find a heating pad with a comfortable grip. Otherwise the heater makes a good impression.
