I like how easy it can be to build out our own dashboards with this product! It's very powerful but also quite complex at times which makes building custom reports difficult if you don't have prior experience in using these types of tools (which most people do not).

There are some pretty steep learning curves when working within their platform as well so make sure your team has enough resources before jumping into an implementation project or risk spending more time than necessary figuring things out rather then getting results from day one.- Dashboard setup- Custom reporting.
