I couldn't pull the red Juano switch out of the board in my life. The board also does NOT come with a switch puller so you will need your own. However, I had to desolder the entire board as the "metal case" that the switch pins touch doesn't seem to clear the switch. Very difficult to use. Also, there is NO volume control with the FN keys on this keyboard. You should be familiar with the QMK configuration (not VIA compatible) to remap the keyboard to add a volume hotkey, but you risk damaging the board if you don't know what you're doing.
