Review on FRIZZLIFE Filter NSF Certified Pressure Regulator by Scot Hughes

Like many others who bought this item, I received a pressure regulator that did not work properly. The result: almost zero consumption. What is frustrating is the fact that the threaded inlet is 1/2” BSPP. Good luck finding a fitting to convert 1/2" BSPP to 3/4" GHT (garden hose thread). Fear not, it's very easy to turn off the faucet's pressure adjustment function. After deactivation, you can simply use the desired button. Please refer to the photos I have provided for more details. I simply removed the inlet disk with the shield built in, and then used a short bar as a pick and a 12-ounce hammer to pound the disk from the inside of the fitting; it is inserted with a slight press fit. Comes out in just a few hits. There are no obstacles after removing. Problem solved. Don't let this problem put you off from this purchase as this problem is easy to fix. Otherwise the product is quite pleasant. Case and accessories are solid and well made. And everything you need to mount the device permanently or temporarily is included. I would buy this again.
