I've always preferred the typical "two-sided" sponge with a side sponge and a barbed part, but the kids in my family have ruined too many of my pans with them! Now I just keep 100% sponges near the sink, no more problems. I didn't pay attention when ordering, in the photos they look like a normal thickness, but no! Each individually wrapped pack contains 2 sponges: they are half the size of a regular kitchen sponge. So you have 24 very thin sponges. The quality of the sponge is good. And since I like to change sponges about once a week, buying in bulk is a must and a reasonable price for such a large sponge.
