Ok so for the price ($25) this seems like the best sling available. Yes, as other reviewers have noted, due to the packaging and the silly paint they used, there is a crease/crease that is at least easily removed with a baby wipe. The inner wrinkle (only one area) disappears after a few days and after applying the skin cream. I don't know why they fold it inwards (into the smooth skin) and not on the rough side, but that's exactly what they did. In all other respects this is an excellent product. That puts my other two cheap slings to shame.
