We were able to set up our testemonail robot without any technical problems, it's really easy! The support is great too, we received help in every question that was asked during installation process (even when there weren't many).

I don´t have very much feedback for this product since they are working hard at improving their development team - but if you're looking into automated customer testimonial system like us then definitely give them chance because all of my concerns about using other companies' products has been solved by TRO.
