This is exactly what I needed for a trip to EUROPE because I don't have to worry about 110/220 amps or volts or anything because it charges via USB connections. I recently used it while on vacation in Detroit and was there for 10 days and never had to charge it. It provided just the right amount of pressure to get the job done and he did it well. I have all-on-4s for both jaws so I need something in between and this worked with no issues. I had to fill up the tank several times, but it was easy. I have a waterpik at home and I don't think one is better than the other. I highly recommend it.
