A faulty DPad on my custom XBOX One controller led me to them after inspecting the controller. Although I was initially concerned about the opaque coloring of the original decal compared to the clear decals, I took the risk and it was worth it. I advise that if you are unfamiliar with working with electronics or controls, you should consult a professional. But if you've seen a motherboard or two, it was easy by simply using a hair dryer (or in my case, a hair dryer used to loosen the adhesive) and a couple of tweezers (for clean removal and installation). There are many YouTube videos to help you with this! The bonus is that the kit comes with matching screwdrivers and a plastic wedge/scraper!
