SOSS GAMING D Pad Conductive Replacement Review

I used one of eight dpads to replace a damaged dpad from my grandson's Xbox One S controller. Size 6 and 8 torx screwdrivers worked great when reassembling. I didn't use a plastic tool to remove parts from the knobs as I already used a plastic card to remove those parts. I also used glass head pins through the PCB mounting holes to help me align the new conductive dpad film to the PCB contact points.

This product fixed my Elite controller. Worked great and was relatively easy to install. The tool that came with it is pretty flimsy and broke before I was done using it, but I may have used it a little harder than intended. I wish they had included some instructions or a link to the instructions, but there were enough resources on the internet that I was able to fix the controller in about half an hour. Highly recommended if your gpad is not working.

A faulty DPad on my custom XBOX One controller led me to them after inspecting the controller.
