Arrived with scratches on the case and internal damage. The buttons on the outside were pressed lightly, but they didn't come back. I felt like it would fall apart in my hands. Update: I didn't need to use the battery case so this defect didn't bother me. I was able to transfer the two cassettes I had with no problems. I've upgraded to three stars, it's good for the price and if you don't have a lot of tapes to convert. Also, the software comes on a CD and you will need to download it if you don't have a floppy drive.
