Although I sit in front of a screen all day, almost every day, I'm fortunate to say that I don't suffer too much from the harmful effects of blue light, at least not that I knew. However, I thought it would be nice to have a little more eye protection and I needed new reading glasses so I decided to give them a try. I love that this is a fairly neutral unisex frame that I think would suit most people. I have bought glasses online in the past and often the frames are very crooked and I have to take the glasses to an optician to have them straightened. They were absolutely straight and fit perfectly! Their weight is perfect, not too heavy and they are very comfortable to wear. They also have 1.5x magnification, which is almost perfect for what I need these days. Of course they relieve my eyes as a reader. I have a few complaints about these glasses. First of all, a very small problem: These are not the glasses that are shown in at least one of the product photos. I love the glasses I received but I think all photos of a given product should show the same product so people know what they are getting. The second complaint is more serious. Every time I take these glasses off they pull my hair! At the ends of the temples is something like a rubber band (the left one is worse) that grabs and pulls the hair above my ear. That hurts! I'll use clear nail polish and hopefully fix the problem myself, but it shouldn't snag or tug on my hair at all. These blue light blocking reading glasses came in a nice hard case with a cleaning cloth and a small repair screwdriver which I think is pretty cool. I recommend these glasses even though it annoys me that I have to use clear coat so they don't pull on my hair. It's actually a trifle, and these are good glasses that do double duty.
