Review on mindSHIFT by Tim Blandin

There were no problems with this product from my end, but what I liked best about it was that they handled everything for me (from quote to implementation). They are very professional in their approach towards customers which makes them easy going people who will listen carefully before giving an answer or suggestion regarding any issue you have faced during your project life cycle. The only thing i disliked most of all when working at MindShift team management system not having proper customer support/managers available 24*7 online chat would be good if there some one can manage live chatting while managing tickets as well.
