I bought this product and a digital multimeter in one order. I connected the charger to try it with my ASUS laptop but it didn't start charging. So I got out the multimeter and checked the DC output of the adapter (the adapter makes it clear where the + and - are on the connector). Result: 0 volts DC. To make sure the multimeter was working, I grabbed a nearby 9V battery. This resulted in a reading of 8.94V. Next stop, Revain is back.
