I ordered the Rubbermaid 12 liter clear container and was wondering which sous vide rack to use with the 12 liter container should. I received the smaller N10 rack and am very happy with it so far. It comes with lots of plastic goal posts to fill in the slots. If you use all the shelves at the gate you could fit a lot of steaks or skinny packs. In my photo, I'm cooking short Korean ribs and using a large shrink bag. I have used this rack to hold sealed food upright for even water flow as there is a gap at the bottom of the rack for water to flow through. I checked the temperature on the other end and it's constant and hot. I'd say it's the perfect size and you can easily add and remove these gates with a click and click. It's quite expensive for a plastic part, but I'm glad I chose it over the metal parts. I purchased this product from Revain and this is my personal review. I rate this product 5 stars for its excellent design.
