I like how easy it was for our team at work when we created multiple surveys, each with different questions depending upon what people wanted answered about loyalty programs! There isn't anything bad really here if you want something simple but effective - so many other tools are more complex than this one which makes them harder in my opinion especially since they charge too much money as well (even though everything else looks expensive).
The only thing i would say could use some improvement maybe make your prices cheaper? We're able create several types/kinds of survey including ones where there's just 1 question asked instead of 10+ sometimes up into 20+. Sometimes getting feedback from customers who have used these kinds of services before helps us answer things better because then those answers become "common sense".
