Review on HRCasework by Jermaine Shuster

The most useful feature for me was being able give my team access so they could use it as well without having an admin login! It's also very easy when you're managing multiple cases at once - just search by task/sub-task if needed or create your own folder structure (eg "HR"/"Payroll"). I wish there were more reporting options available but we've been using this software since 2013 with no issues yet :) Good product overall though definitely consider other solutions out their which have better support & customisation abilities eg Teamwork / K2 etc.. The best thing about this software is its ability to store information such as employee's attendance records and leave applications which are very useful for my work at times when I do not have access to paper files or forms. I also like how easy it was to use. It took some time getting used to but after using it regularly I found myself really enjoying it! This software can be accessed online so you don't need any additional equipment which makes things easier than having to print out files etc.
