My second floor master bedroom has an annex with nine floor to ceiling windows. I use this space as my home office but in the summer it's like a mini greenhouse with all the windows and the bright sun. This film really helped control the heat and was pretty easy to install. My windows weren't quite as wide as the film. I have a few tips that came to mind: I gathered some tools - a metal ruler, a razor and a silicone shower scraper. Once the film is cut to about the right size (I left about a quarter of an inch), use a spray bottle of soapy water and spray on both the glass and the film. I used dishwashing liquid. Having evenly steamed up, she lay down on the film, starting with the upper corner. Line up the top edge and one of the side edges, then spray some soapy water on the back. The soapy water helps the scraper slide more easily, and after figuring it out I had virtually no blisters. Once it's flattened, you can use a ruler and razor blade to trim the other side edge and bottom edge straight.
