The ability to see all of our inventory in one place is amazing! It makes it easy for us as warehouse managers, but also gives others access so they can help if needed at any time day or night (a huge asset!).

I wish there was an option where you could only view your own area instead from everyone's computer/tablet etc., this would keep out visitors down sometimes which helps with privacy issues when entering areas we don't want people seeing inside too much. Great product that fills needs well beyond warehousing management - even shipping logistics has been improved by their software integration system! We've solved many problems just recently since using them; tracking shipments internally vs sending things via FedEx Kinko’s, having better visibility into orders being placed outside my department without me needing assistance everyday during peak hours while still maintaining customer confidentiality.
