The ease of use, it's intuitive design allows for quick adoption even by non techies. I love being able to easily create pages with custom fields as well as having an easy way to upload files or links without needing 3rd party apps like Zapier (which i do not have installed). It does take some time getting used to how things work but once you master the interface then its very helpful! We've been using this software since early June 2017 until now.The benefit we see are all in one place documents available at any given point from our customer service agents who can log them immediately allowing us to respond faster. I like the ability to be able to create and edit documents from different devices, as well as having multiple editors. I dislike how it can sometimes take a while for an editor's changes to show up in my local version of the document. I also don't always see who has made edits to the document after I've saved it. This tool allows us to easily share information and collaborate with customers. It also helps keep track of important documents we need to reference often.
