I have been using IASTM tools for several years, mainly Falcon and Graston tools and I really like this tool. It's not as heavy as the previously mentioned tools and isn't as beveled, which can be helpful for beginners or more sensitive areas. I actually use it a lot in the clinic, and while it's not as good as, say, a Hawkgrips multi-tool, it works well for a $20 massager.
