I'm 6'5" and 195 lbs. I'm mostly tall and skinny. I've bought both big-tall and extra-large tall. I still have the extra-large tall Haven't even tried it as the big tall works great I wanted something that wasn't bulky and this shirt isn't but if I gain 20lbs it'll probably be tight I'm pretty sure this shirt will suit you Will fit a 6ft 7" tall man. The sleeves are about an inch too long for me (no big deal), and the shirt itself is very long. in short, I wouldn't have "tall " received. The material is not too thick but it is actually a bit rough/hard but after a few washes it will probably be ok.
